Lexington Children's Theatre seeks energetic, self-motivated, strong relationship builder to work in our Development and Sales office. Working under the supervision of the Managing Director, the Development Associate's duties include assisting in grant writing and research, sponsor development, donor relations, event planning and annual campaign management. The right candidate will work alongside our Board of Directors and Staff to achieve fundraising goals and execute the development plan to meet current and long term budget goals. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Relevant bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years experience in development or a related field. Experience with Raiser's Edge or comparable fundraising software preferred. Salary DOE, plus benefits and paid vacation. ADP announces largest jobs increase in 3 years!!

Private-sector payrolls expanded by 93,000 in November, according to payroll giant ADP. Separately, factory expansion slowed a bit, ISM said. 

Private-sector payrolls continued to expand in November, with a large upward revision to October's number, according to data released Wednesday.

Meanwhile, manufacturing activity continued to expand in November, according to the Institute of Supply Management, but the pace of growth slowed a bit. Separately, U.S. productivity rose more than previously thought in the third quarter as companies boosted output while also holding down labor costs.
